YOUR ORDER INCLUDES RENTAL INSURANCE AND DRY CLEANING.

HOW WILL I BE BILLED FOR MY RENTAL?

MEMBERS WILL BE CHARGED UPON CHECKOUT, SIMILAR TO BOOKING TRAVEL.

WE WANT GLAMSHOCK TO REVOLUTIONIZE THE LUXURY MARKET BY OFFERING AN ALTERNATIVE OPTION TO BUYING. GLAMSHOCK MEMBERS WILL BE ABLE TO EXPERIENCE THE LATEST LUXURY FASHION AT A FRACTION OF THE COST AND SAVE OUR MEMBERS HUNDREDS IF NOT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BY JOINING US.

IN ORDER TO DO THIS AND MAKE BUSINESS SUSTAINABLE, THE RENTAL PRICE HAS TO COVER OUR COSTS OF BUYING INVENTORY, SHIPPING IT, MAINTAINING IT, STORING IT, ETC.

HOW DO I RETURN MY RENTAL?

WE’VE MADE RETURNS SUPER EASY FOR YOU!

HOW TO RETURN

  1. FULLY PACK YOUR RENTAL WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND BOX WHICH YOU RECEIVED.
  2. ADHERE THE PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL
  3. RETURN THE BOX TO ANY UPS STORE OR DROPBOX

BE SURE TO RETURN YOUR RENTAL TO A UPS ON YOUR RENTAL END DATE. UNFORTUNATELY, WE’LL HAVE TO CHARGE YOU $50 EACH DAY IT’S LATE. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE OR DAMAGE AN ITEM?

YOUR RENTAL INCLUDES INSURANCE FOR MINOR MISHAPS AND GENERAL WEAR AND TEAR. SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE, LOST ITEMS AND THEFT ARE NOT COVERED. IN SUCH CASES, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL RETAIL PRICE, PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 25%.

CAN I KEEP THE GLAMSHOCK PACKAGING I RECEIVED WITH MY ORDER?

IN AN EFFORT TO REMAIN SUSTAINABLE AND ECO-FRIENDLY, WE’VE CREATED OUR PACKAGING TO BE RE-USED AND/OR RECYCLED.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

AT THIS TIME WE ONLY SHIP ORDERS WITHIN THE USA, INCLUDING HAWAII AND ALASKA. ORDERS MUST ALSO BE RETURNED FROM WITHIN THE USA.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

WE DON’T, PLEASE ENTER A VALID RESIDENCE FOR A SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY.
